This was an irregular, 45x75 vacant lot with a variance approval to build 2 attached single family homes. The custom built homes feature almost 3000 sf. of open living space. Each home has 3 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, ground den, manicured fenced in yard and a 1 car garage.
